You can drink it every day, up to 2 times daily. We have it in the morning and afternoon but you can really take it whenever. There is a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine in it, though, so just be aware of that if you're planning on drinking it during the evening.

Yes. Every supplier must provide a 3rd-party lab test (CoA/ Certificate of Analysis) for each lot we receive, with lot numbers that match what we purchase. We review and keep every CoA on file to ensure only clean, verified ingredients go into Green Drink products.

We also test our finished product through an independent 3rd-party lab to generate our own internal CoA, and we are one of the few brands that publicly posts these results on our site.

No. Green Drink was never meant to replace real food. Please eat food. (Especially healthy whole foods!)

The suggested use is to mix 1 pouch with your desired amount of cold water in a shaker bottle and shake vigorously with a whisk ball, then let it sit for a few minutes before drinking. It's also delicious with almond milk.

The expiration date reflects our use of real freeze-dried fruits, mushroom extracts, colostrum, and other active compounds without artificial preservatives.

Proposition 65 is a California transparency law requiring a notice if a product contains trace levels of naturally occurring elements found in soil.
